Direct Booking Procedures and Cancellation Policy

Adventure Northwest’s Sales Office must confirm all bookings before they are finalized.

Payment of 50% of the Hunt Price is required to book a hunt (some exceptions do apply) and until the deposit is received the Hunt will remain available for sale.

The 50% deposit is non-refundable but is transferable if a replacement hunter for a canceled hunt is identified and the balance of the Hunt Cost is paid in full within the time allocation of these payment conditions. Should a replacement hunter be considered for the cancelled hunt it is the sole responsibility of the original booking hunter/agent to rebook the hunt.

Payment in full of a hunt account balance is due 90 days prior to the hunt date. Should the balance of the Hunt Price not be paid 90 days prior to the hunt date Adventure Northwest has the right to resell the hunt with no compensation to the hunter/agent. All cancellations must be made directly to Adventure Northwest and in writing addressed to the Hunt Manager.

Deposit and hunt payments can be made by cheque, e-mail transfer or e-mail transfer via on-line banking.

Based on past experience we strongly urge Adventure Northwest clients to consider Cancellation Insurance when booking their hunt(s).

NOTE: All hunts provided by Adventure Northwest are fair chase with no guarantee of success. We cannot control hunt conditions associated with acts of Mother Nature.
